The path most clinicians take

Building online looks like more time and more freedom. Here’s what usually happens on the way.

I’ve treated patients for 11+ years and built online for 7+. These are the stops I see clinicians hit again and again, and what I’d tell you at each one.

You are here

It starts with wanting more

What you're thinkingI love my patients, and I want more people to be able to get the care they need. I also want more time for me, for my family and for my life outside of work.
What I'd tell you

That's such a good place to start. Most clinicians I talk to have spent years caring for people who are often underserved, and they have a deep desire to help more people with their expertise. You can have both: more access to care, and more of your life back. We build around both.

The “I need a course” leap

What you're thinkingIf I made a course or a membership, I could help so many more people, and finally have time to enjoy life with the people I love.
What I'd tell you

It's not just time for money. I've watched so many clinicians build a course, then realize what they really love is connecting with people 1:1. Better questions to ask: Do you actually like doing it? Would you still do it for free? Do you know what's really involved? How much of you does it need?

Stuck in research mode

What you're probably doingFifty ChatGPT chats open. One more free download. One more video. Already making logos and slides in Canva.
What I'd tell you

It all feels productive. But you'd never hand a patient a stack of articles and say, “Good luck with that.” That's what you're doing to yourself. The only way to find out what's realistic is to start taking action: talk to the people you want to serve and learn what they actually need.

Thinking about giving it a try

What you're thinkingWill this actually work? I don't want to spend months building it and then find out it doesn't.
What I'd tell you

Good instinct. Don't build the whole thing first and then try to sell it. See the real numbers and the potential of your idea, then run a small pilot test before you fully commit. I teach you how in the Next Steps Build Guide, inside the Offer Simulator.

Building it around your life

What you're thinkingI know this is going to make such a big difference. I'm ready. I just don't know how to start, and I don't want to waste time or burn out building it.
What I'd tell you

After 11+ years in the clinic and 7+ years building and running online businesses, I can tell you that starting off on the right foot makes a big difference. There are ways to set up your business from the very first build so it's sustainable: designed around what you love doing, what you need to offload and the season of life you're in. Your real life.

Growing what you've built

What you're thinkingI've launched, and it's working. Now I want sales and marketing that keep running, so I can serve more people without everything depending on me.
What I'd tell you

This is where evergreen systems come in: automated sales and marketing that keep working in the background, so you can reach more people and take some of the demand off your plate.
