Two physical therapists wanting to turn their practice into a hybrid model to have more time to focus on their family & health.

Two clinicians came to me wanting to build a membership. Recurring revenue, help more people, work less. It made sense on paper.

When we ran the actual numbers (members needed, retention required, what their week would actually look like)... the original plan would have taken more time and produced less income than what they were already doing.
